Interviewing Counseling Negotiations
Charlotte School of Law participates in the ABA's annual Client Counseling competition that simulates a law office consultation. Students, acting as attorneys, conduct an interview with a "client," advise the client on their preliminary legal issues, and explain how the attorneys will proceed with the case.
